Excellent Hostel Kutaisi, situated 36 km from Kutaisi International Airport, offers family rooms with private entrances, balconies, and garden or mountain views. We stayed one night at the Excellent Hostel, where Nino was a super warm host, everything was spotless, there’s a shared kitchen and a balcony with a great view, the bathroom is very comfortable, the spot is super central yet still very quiet, and we’d definitely come back right away!

Nino and her family were very welcoming; we had great conversations over good wine and coffee. Nino also helped us with travel planning and arranged a transfer to the airport (right in the middle of the night!) at a more than fair price. This family is a fantastic example of Georgian hospitality—by the end of our holiday, we already felt a little “home” vibe. Anyone who values authentic encounters and wants to learn about the country and its people will feel right at home here! Thanks for everything!!! :-)

Warm welcome. Nino was highly available and attentive. We enjoyed chatting with her, her good humor, her determination to teach us a few Georgian words. The breakfasts were hearty, varied, and tasty. It was a pleasure to relax on the terrace after a day of walking!

Really great stay, Nino was incredibly nice. She welcomed us very warmly and made us feel at home. We really, really liked it there and wished we could have stayed longer.
