The spot was convenient, but the room had a cockroach, no kitchen tools, dusty rooms, a key that kept resetting, and no one at the front desk to help—otherwise we’d have slept in our car.

Debra at the overnight front desk was sweet and understanding, and the toilet looked new and the desk sturdy, so I almost stayed on the bed instead of moving. The rest was awful: the room was hot, the AC failed, the fridge was rusty, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and had dirt and debris near the AC and couch, the TV outlet had no cover, the bathroom ceiling had mold everywhere, the security had to check cars and the front desk needed a metal roll‑down gate showing the area wasn’t safe, the pool area outside the window was muddy with only drainage grates, and the bed was lumpy; after an hour and a half of suffering I demanded a full refund, left for another hotel, but still got charged for one night.

“Worst place to stay.”

Very nasty place: dirty, poorly maintained, cannabis smell everywhere, “included breakfast” was just coffee and muffins, and the sofa bed was covered in dog hair.
