“An okay stay for Mumbai. Good location”
The beds were comfy and clean, and the location was great, but it felt pricey for what you get; the hot water switch seemed broken, and even though staff said it worked, the water never really heated; there was a small ant infestation in the bathroom, and when we left in the morning they sprayed mosquito pesticide smoke throughout the building, which drifted into our room— a warning would have been appreciated so we could have avoided breathing it in.

“Excellent stay in Mumbai”
Very good location, very near Gate of Mumbai and the shopping area; even though the hotel is in a noisy area, my room was quiet. Internet is very good. The room was surprisingly clean, the best compared with other hotels I've stayed in India. Staff were supportive, let us check in three hours early without extra charges, and helped bring our luggage downstairs.

Getting access to the causeway was convenient, but ventilation was poor and I had a cancellation issue because I missed the second call they made when I arrived; I had told them I would get there by 7 pm.
