The lady who opened the place was very friendly, but since the property is for sale it was abandoned and dirty; the neighbor from the next door, who opened it for me and handed me the keys, also kept my luggage safe—what a lovely neighbor. The house was abandoned, so no one was around, the pool didn’t work for obvious reasons, a for‑sale sign was up, and the place was dirty and neglected, but I did manage to sleep.

The air conditioning didn’t cool and made a lot of noise; the bathroom was shared and when you entered the other room’s bathroom you already had a line, which was uncomfortable. We didn’t stay there to sleep because the hallway lights were off and the climate noise was too much.

The location was good, but there was no TV for entertainment.

The price was reasonable for what it offered: two rooms, a nearly vertical staircase, and I had to sleep two people on one double bed while the front desk was not there. There was no shared bathroom for the rooms, no hot water, noisy door hinges, and the lighting was poor.
