It’s close to the veteran memorial field in Lacrosse. Exposed wires in the ceiling, mold in the bathroom and entryway.

The place was disgusting—every surface felt grubby, wires were exposed on the ceiling, and there was a hole in the floor letting mice in. Floors were dusty, walls damaged and dirty, and the tub/shower seemed unsafe so we avoided it. The outside stairs and siding were filthy and clearly needed power washing. The surrounding area felt unsettling, and there was no hair dryer or coffee maker. The furniture looked like it came from a dump, and the photos on the website were very old and didn’t match the worn‑down condition. I was relieved my car wasn’t vandalized in the morning, but the price was outrageous. I’m surprised they still let guests book through their site. No one was around in the morning when we left, and I feel someone owes me a refund.

I don't like nothing about this hotel, not the property, neither the staff. The room was extremely dirty. Food grease and hair in the beds. I call the person in charge that day and he said is normal I ask to charge rooms, he show me one and when I check the bed sheets he said "Don't remove it, because will have to do it my beds". Also he mention me that this hotel is like that, if I want something better I should go to downtown hotels. So, that night I stayed because my nephew was a little sick. Next day I stay in another hotel, even that I payed for 2 nights
