The location was fine, but the comfort was lacking: the entrance to the property was inconvenient, we had a room and bathroom without a window, and there was no air conditioning.

We booked one night, paid in full, and checked in, but the accommodation never sent us an entry code. Nobody could be reached by phone or email, and we got no proper response. Alto Borgo Rooms must have had a huge mess. Luckily we found a nearby hotel room. I would not recommend Alto Borgo Rooms.
