I appreciated the private parking and the overall aesthetic. However, most of the furniture was rusted, the water was cold and never warmed up, forcing us to take cold showers. We had to pay for on‑site parking even though it felt safe because a scanner code was required, and we weren’t the only guests. A group of people had water issues and the room smelled like cigarettes.

There was no ice machine on the floors.

Check‑in was pure chaos. No parking space was available for everyone trying to check in, and cars blocked the parking lot entrance because their barcode wasn’t working. I ended up backing into someone while trying to find a spot. The process was painfully slow. Room service was unavailable, saying they were too busy. There was no ice bucket, ice, or vending on the floor—a big miss.
