The pool is very pleasant, a real bonus for enjoying the serene surroundings. Don’t worry about the steep slope down to the property—it’s manageable. The view was beautiful, and the room was unusual. Breakfast had no fresh items—no fruit, no vegetables—which I missed.

Beautiful and very quiet corner just outside medieval towncenter of Montalcino. Very friendly and always helpful host Fabio. Excellent breakfast, spacious and comfortable apartment, very clean pool, only 3 rooms so excellent for people who like a quiet stay. We want to give Fabio 11/10 and more especially because he even was ready to transport us for dinner to and from the piazza in town since my car was a bit low for the narrow and steep road .
