The hotel had no breakfast, and the front desk required us to call for someone to come to the lobby to check us in, which made us wonder if the whole place was operational during our stay. The price was reasonable, but we ended up preferring our usual nearby hotel because this one didn’t impress us in terms of management.
The bed was comfortable, but the only downside was having to climb a hill to reach the hotel entrance.

The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, but everything else fell short. When we arrived, the staff told us the key‑card machine was broken and we had to be let in with a master key; no compensation was offered, and we finally got a working key card around 8 pm. The ice machine was broken, the sink in the lobby bathroom didn’t work, and there was no coffee in the morning and no staff to refill it. The breakfast bar had a few stale items, and another guest tried to find coffee supplies but the cabinet drawers were empty. We had to chase down staff who never checked on anything, and the price felt too high for the hassle.
