The shuttle between the airport and the hotel was good and the breakfast in the morning was also nice; I appreciated being able to pay with a credit card if Ali Pay didn’t work. I would have liked more detailed information about the shuttle service before arrival, especially in case something went wrong.

The room was spacious, the restaurant food was very good, and the airport transfer service was provided. However, the recreational areas described, such as the basketball court shown in the photos, do not exist; instead there’s a ping‑pong table in a cellar that looks abandoned. The driver for the airport transfer was not very friendly, and we had to climb the bus stairs carrying our luggage.

I booked an all‑inclusive package and was charged the full amount, only to be told my reservation covered breakfast alone; the only English‑speaking staff member was extremely unfriendly, and they ended up giving me a single, no‑choice dish for lunch and one for dinner—photos attached. I can’t recommend this hotel; it left me in tears.

The price was reasonable and, although the room was small, it was acceptable, the shower was clean, and the airport was nearby, though figuring out which shuttle to take was confusing. It’s very noisy from planes taking off and landing, so be prepared—that’s just a fact of being close to the airport, neither good nor bad. The staff never answered my urgent messages sent through the booking site after check‑in, which is why I gave the lowest rating; guests deserve respect even before you collect payment.
