The location was convenient, but the bathroom was infested with ants; although they switched my room, it gave the impression that pest control wasn’t properly handled.

The personnel were extremely friendly and professional, breakfast was world‑class, we dined at the hotel often because the food was delicious, the rooftop was superb, and the rooms were beautifully appointed; we’re already looking forward to returning in ten days, and there was nothing at all that I disliked.

Everything was close to the hotel, which was a bonus. The staff understood and were very accommodating when we requested the same room we saw on booking. The rooms were very small, the lift had no air‑conditioning so it was hot, and the gym was only half equipped, which was disappointing.
