I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I arrived, the staff claimed they had no record of my booking, despite showing them my confirmation. They refused to provide me with a room, which was very disappointing. I think they might have given the room to someone else, possibly because they have more expensive rooms available, especially during the perahara festival.
