“Good room. Dinner wasn't up to standard. I had fish and chips not great”
Breakfast was fine, but the juice wasn’t cold; the signage could be clearer, and I couldn’t find the lift from my bedroom at all.

The location was perfect for our needs, but on the day we checked out there was no hot water for showering or washing.

The staff were helpful and courteous, but the room lacked a smart TV—only a “one for all” remote that works with terrestrial channels, no water in the fridge, and the wall‑mounted air conditioner had no controls. The safe didn’t work either, which feels odd for a deluxe room in a four‑star hotel.

This was my fourth visit, and the hotel feels cozy and welcoming; the staff were excellent and the dinner was delicious. The only downside is that it’s a bit out of town.

I landed in a spacious room that was surprisingly quiet, even with an evening event going on, and the breakfast featured fresh fruit. The blinds, however, didn’t perform well.
