The place is simple, but very well located and inside there’s everything you need for a nice stay. Bathrooms were always clean. A word to Natalia who was very welcoming, explained everything with detail and was always available to help with any request

I found the place comfy and spot on.

The photos online showed rooms with three single beds, which is exactly what we wanted, but when I asked which specific photo would be ours, they sent a link that displayed all the photos without indicating our room. Also, at the start the communication was slow; it took so long to get a reply that we almost cancelled the booking because we needed confirmation that our choice was indeed the one.

The service was friendly and the place tidy, but it was noisy in the early morning.

We booked a triple room, but when we arrived it was a double, leaving us cramped and sleeping poorly; by nightfall they couldn't offer us another room.
