We, a couple, stayed at Agriturismo San Marcello for just one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. Tuscany itself feels like a little piece of heaven – peaceful, quiet and incredibly beautiful – and this agriturismo captured that feeling exactly. The location is spectacular, surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The cypress trees around the property make the scenery even more special and give you that picture‑perfect Tuscany vibe. It’s such a peaceful place, and we felt very comfortable and safe throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, comfortable and full of character. I loved the vintage charm of the house, which made the experience feel authentic rather than like a typical hotel. Even the view from the bathroom was amazing! A special thank you to Andrea and Giuliano for their hospitality. They were both very kind and welcoming. Andrea was especially helpful during our stay – he gave us useful information about getting around the area and even helped us find some of the best spots for taking beautiful photos. Those little recommendations made exploring Tuscany much easier for us. I also have to mention the breakfast. Everything felt fresh and homemade, and the spread was delicious. But there was one thing I still remember especially well – the chocolate cake. From the very first bite, I could tell it was a real homemade cake, the kind that feels as though it has come straight from a family kitchen. We liked it so much that we asked who had made it, and that’s when we were told that the chocolate cake was made from their grandmother’s recipe. That made it even more special. It was such a simple chocolate cake, but absolutely delicious. There was something so comforting and nostalgic about it that it stayed in my memory even after the trip. If they happen to serve it for breakfast during your stay, definitely try a piece!

“Bel emplacement pour la vie mais manque de confort .”

Well located in the heart of Val D’orsia in Tuscany. We’re in the countryside with magnificent scenery and the pool is superb. The mattress in the room is uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. There were also insects in the bathroom, indicating a lack of cleanliness. The breakfast lacked variety.
