I’m still waiting for a refund; I was double‑charged for my stay and the hotel didn’t take responsibility, so I’m going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The double charge is unacceptable.

The room was dirty, with hair in the bathroom and my service dog finding old chips and bread crumbs left by a previous guest. If the room had been cleaner, I could have spoken up, but my anxiety made me hesitant to complain for fear of a panic attack.
