تجربة جميلة جدًا، ومن الفنادق التي ارتحت فيها من أول لحظة. الغرفة جميلة ومريحة، الفندق هادئ ونظيف، المسبح رائع وهناك شاطئ خاص جميل. الطعام جيد ومتنوع، ويوجد أيضًا مطعم خاص لمن يريد تجربة مختلفة مقابل تكلفة إضافية. لكن أكثر شيء ميّز الفندق بالنسبة لي هم العاملون. زرت فنادق كثيرة في مصر، وهذه أول مرة لا أشعر فيها أن أحدًا ينتظر مني إكرامية أو يلمّح لها حتى بطريقة غير مباشرة، وهذا شيء أحترمه كثيرًا. أحمد في الاستقبال كان رائعًا. سأعطي الفندق 5 نجوم لأول مرة، رغم أنني زرت فنادق كثيرة ولم يسبق أن أعطيت فندقًا العلامة الكاملة. سيلفانا سمير استقبلتني وشرحت لي كل شيء وأعطتني رقمها في حال احتجت أي شيء، وكانت رائعة جدًا في التعامل. والشكر أيضًا لمدير المطعم على أخلاقه وأسلوبه الراقي واهتمامه بفريقه، ولإسلام في البار على تعامله المحترم والجميل. بالنسبة لي هذه التفاصيل أهم بكثير من الديكور والفخامة وشكل الفندق، لأن في النهاية الأشخاص وطريقة تعاملهم هم الذين يصنعون التجربة فعلًا. شكرًا لكل الطاقم على الإقامة الجميلة

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. A special thank you to Ahmad and Silvana from the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and great hospitality. They were always helpful and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We really appreciated their warm and friendly service and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

My mother and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and everything was absolutely wonderful.What makes this place unique is not only its beauty and breathtaking views, but also its amazing staff. The employees were incredibly kind, friendly, warm, and sincere. They helped us with everything and were always there to support us whenever we had any concerns or were not completely satisfied with something. If you are planning to visit this hotel, I am sure you will love it. The staff and the atmosphere are amazing; it truly feels like you are part of one big family.There are evening shows, and the young people performing them are absolutely fantastic. They are very talented, and the shows are definitely something you should not miss.the restaurant and kitchen staff are truly wonderful. I would especially like to mention Emad. His service, friendliness, and warm personality were absolutely amazing.He definitely deserves 10 stars!He is a wonderful person, and you can easily contact him directly at the restaurant. He is very respectful, kind, and helpful.There is also Ahmed, Mr. Khaled, the restaurant manager, and all the kitchen staff. They were all amazing. We even took photos with them as memories because they made us feel like we were one big family.And if you come for breakfast, you definitely need to meet the chef with a smile! He prepares omelets with such a beautiful presentation, and his funny jokes will definitely surprise you and make you smile.In my opinion, one of the main reasons this hotel deserves 5 stars is its incredible staff.I would also like to mention Silvanna. Her welcome, help, and support were wonderful. She truly deserves recognition for her hard work. She is very hardworking and professional. If you experience any problem or have any concerns, you only need to speak to her directly, and she will solve everything immediately. Thank you so much for everything. I hope to see you again soon!. For example, at the hotel where we stayed, there could have been 4–5 golf carts. We sometimes found it difficult to walk from the beach to our room under the sun, or to go directly from our room to the restaurant. There were only 2 golf carts, as far as I remember, and I think they were mainly used for check-in and check-out
