The place sits in a great spot and the manager, Sonny, really went the extra mile – he's a solid guy. I wish there was a pool or hot tub, but that’s just my preference. Breakfast could have been better, yet the staff compensated nicely.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. However, what they call a queen bed actually feels more like a double, so we were offered a king room for a small extra fee, which we accepted.

The room was spotless and offered good value. I had to cut my stay short, which was not the hotel’s fault; I asked for a refund on the unused night, knowing it might be denied, but they gave me half the amount, which I truly appreciate after a lot of back‑and‑forth.
