The photos were misleading; I was handed a spacious room but the ceilings were damp, the walls and blackout curtains were dirty, the facilities were old, and the windows couldn't close completely because the latch could be broken if you force it. They really need to invest in the infrastructure.

The rooms were great and everything was close by.

The service was excellent, especially the front‑desk staff who were always smiling and friendly. The location was spot‑on, close to a shopping mall, restaurants, and everything else you might need. The air conditioning was solid enough to beat Cali’s heat. On the downside, the rooms need some upkeep on the little details; the old furniture can make the place look unclean. The breakfast could be improved by presenting what’s available better and ensuring a steady supply so there’s always something for everyone. In a city with so many bakeries, the bread options were limited, and what was offered wasn’t always fresh or high quality. An option for whole‑grain bread would be a good addition. The hotel has a lot of potential but needs to invest so it doesn’t feel “poor” in some areas.

The location was good and the rooms had plenty of space. However, the key card never worked to unlock the room, and the breakfast lacked variety.

The location was good and the rooms were large. The hot water in the bathroom was hard to adjust.
