Rooms feature free Wi-Fi, cable TV, work desk, coffee maker, and clock radio. Guests can relax at the outdoor pool, hot tub, or fitness center. The hotel is 2 miles from the University of Montana and Jacobs Island Park, with nearby attractions.

The people who welcomed us were very friendly. The property was clean, and the staff handled dining room mishaps quickly. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The AC in our room made a constant washing‑machine noise, and the bathroom fan never turned off. All that noise made it hard to sleep, so I don’t think the $200/night was worth it.

The pool and the Still Room restaurant were nice. Carpet cleaning in the hallways and rooms was lacking; you have to ask for it. The staff were friendly and helpful about 50 % of the time. They didn’t fix the bathtub drain even after we asked twice. We stayed four nights, and the restaurant service was excellent.

The place feels like a relic; it’s ancient and clearly in need of a full renovation, almost like a set for a horror film.
