“Einmal und nicht wieder”
Nothing positive. Upon arrival there was no parking; luckily I found one about 300 m away. The three spots behind the hotel were taken by staff. I had booked and paid about two months before, expecting a room with a bathroom, toilet and private parking. Instead I received a room on the floor with a shower and toilet. The condition was mediocre – see photos. There was no heating in the room or shower at about 12 °C outside. Only after complaining was the broken shower hose installed at 22 00 on the first night and the heater turned on the next day. I couldn’t shower that evening because the water was too cold and the room was not suitable. The staff I spoke to said, “We are not a 5‑star hotel. I can leave again.” The wardrobe had torn doors, no hangers, no mirror in the shower, no shelf above the sink, and the TV only offered channels 1 and 2. Had it not been Friday evening at 20 30 when I arrived and the room already paid for, I would have looked for another hotel in the area.
