The staff were very professional; thanks to Alina at the front desk for all her help. The only downside was that there were no strawberries or blueberries for breakfast.

Everything was fine; the only tiny detail was that in my parents’ room, my mom had a small tooth bleed while sleeping, so a bit of blood got on the pillow, and the cleaning staff simply turned the pillow over and put it down, assuming we wouldn’t notice; otherwise everything was super good as always.

The hotel is within walking distance of everything in old Managua, which was convenient. However, the hall map in the hotel was unpleasant to look at.
