“Soluzione tranquilla in posizione strategica per godere Napoli a piedi o con la metro”
The location and cleanliness were good, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast service was a bit off.

The room sat in a secure, modern building with a modern elevator, near the Municipio metro station and the ferry/cruise ship dock. I felt safe walking around after dark. The bed was comfortable, but there was no place to store luggage. Breakfast was simple—juice, yogurt, cold cereal, milk, and biscotti‑style cookies—but there was a kitchen where you could cook more with your own ingredients. The host spoke English, was eager to help, and let us check out a few hours late so we could enjoy a final morning in Naples without lugging our bags. When we first tried to leave the apartment, the electronic lock failed and wouldn’t open. The host came right away and explained that there was a manual override, but there were no instructions on the door about how to use it. We appreciated the host’s detailed messages on how to check in and enter the apartment, but the dozens of messages with recommendations on places to visit in Naples felt a bit much.

The location was very good, the house was well kept, and it was quiet.

I consider this B&B one of the best in the central area between Toledo, Municipio, and Galleria Umberto I. The central spot is ideal, with no noise or hustle from the city. The room was large and very bright. The breakfast was plentiful in the living area, which was well equipped and tastefully decorated. The whole apartment was renovated. Finally, the extreme availability, courtesy, professionalism, empathy, passion, and the advice from Ms. Roberta were outstanding. The stay was too short!

The only thing that kept it from a perfect 10 was breakfast, but the room was super comfy and top‑tier. The spot was spot‑on for the port where we sailed the next morning, and the neighbourhood looked good, though we didn’t have time to wander. Roberta was incredibly helpful before and during the trip, pointing out coffee shops and our Ischia plans. Breakfast was decent but could have had more basics like bread or fruit; given the self‑service setup we understood what was available.
