The staff were great, the room was spotless and the view from the window was breathtaking. I’ll definitely book again if I return to Rotorua.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Rotorua; the room was snug, immaculate, and cozy, and the view of the lake each morning was simply stunning. The place was quiet and serene, ideal for unwinding. Its location was convenient, near all the main sights. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, setting a pleasant tone. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone wanting a peaceful, beautiful retreat in Rotorua.

We appreciated the snug private space with our own bathroom. The owners were helpful, friendly, and happy to chat, yet respectful of our privacy. The balcony offered a great view of the lake and its wildlife, and we could also kayak from there. Nala the cat stopped by to say hello before heading off. The place felt very welcoming and homely, and the shower had strong water pressure.
