“we expected much more for the price we paid. disappointing”

The spot near the lake is nice and the surroundings are spacious and green. The rooms shown online were much better and different from what we got; we were told that’s because we booked a standard room instead of a premium. The room was very basic, old‑style, located in the old wing, and the hallway smelled of mold. The hotel has good facilities, but most of them are extra‑priced (like bicycles). In short, for the price they charge, we expected a lot more.

The place offers a range of activities, a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and garden care. The atmosphere felt quiet, occupancy was minimal, dinner was inactive probably because there were no guests, and they were unaware of our gluten‑free request even though we’d asked in advance and were told they would accommodate us. Most services were inactive even in the evening.

“Had a good time”

The rooms are pretty clean, there’s a swimming pool and sauna, and the breakfasts are incredible. The staff are friendly and polite. The room lacks a minibar, and the TV is old and doesn’t have YouTube.
