The place is great for strolling around Rome, but there’s no place to store stuff, no hooks for towels, and the bathroom has limited side space. The shower leaked from several corners, and the bed was so soft that it left my back sore.

The hotel is close to all sights, but the storage room was missing. We booked this room for three nights after a cruise, yet we couldn’t store our clothes or items properly. There’s also no shelf in the bathroom for small items, and hooks for wet bath towels would be nice.

Communication was excellent and the location was great. The staff were very helpful and every room was lovely, so I’d happily recommend it and stay again. The only downside was the restaurant across the road, which gets very noisy late at night.

We’ve stayed at Carrara 24 three times now because we love the location and the quality of the rooms. There are several specialty coffee shops just around the corner for breakfast. In room 2, a metal table in the bathroom has been rusting over the last few years we’ve stayed and is now damaged and wobbly, which feels quite dangerous. We suggest replacing it with a wooden stool to prevent any accidents or injuries to guests.
