“Mi aspettavo pace e relax”
The building is average, close to the beach, but there is no private beach as the description claimed. The services were basically nonexistent; water and electricity were almost always missing. On the first night, due to a misunderstanding, our rooms were given away, though they later found us alternative accommodations. Despite these issues, the owner did not help or show any willingness to assist. Paying by card incurred a surcharge, and the USD‑TZS conversion rate was set by them. In the end we paid to stay in a place where we couldn’t use the promised amenities.
