“Non era la prima volta che mi recavo in questo hotel ma questa volta mi ha deluso”

The apartment was large. It needs remodeling. There should be clearer information about extra paid services (like laundry, cleaning). The laundry payment system is complicated for foreigners who don’t have Pix, and the reception doesn’t act as a middleman. The reception could give more information besides handing over keys. I’ve recently stayed in other hotels in Vila Olimpia with available apartments, and even though services are paid, they’re excellent. Another example: there are no towels for the pool and it isn’t even available for payment.

The dormitory had one bed, a small mattress that was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning worked poorly. There was only one control for all three units—who thought of that? The digital lock worked poorly and I had to reset the card constantly.

They let me check in early, which was a lifesaver. The apartment was super comfy.

“Evitarei devido a baixa qualidade dos colchões”

The location and the check‑in/check‑out were smooth, but the beds were a nightmare. The mattresses were hard, especially the single bed that left me with back pain. I travel a lot for work, hadn't had such a bad mattress in ages, and the shower was poorly maintained.
