The property was large with three bedrooms, one of which was a mezzanine. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a pool. However, a swarm of mosquitoes outside the door kept us from going outside, even to eat dinner or breakfast.

The spot is perfect for exploring the Luberon, and Corine and Marcel were very friendly and helpful. We liked how spotless the place was and how brand‑new the upstairs rooms and bathrooms felt. The air‑conditioners in the rooms worked well, the parking spots were convenient, and the pool was well‑maintained, though both toilets are on the first floor after climbing 19 steps. Also, the veranda roof leaks when it rains. The biggest drawback was the upstairs lounge being unbearable at about 30 °C during the heatwave; it really needs cooling or ventilation to be usable in summer. The description matches the property – the pool is private from 9 am to 8 pm – but the “large quiet park” and “private terrace” are actually shared with the owners who live in the same building and sometimes host guests, which isn’t ideal for those seeking the privacy of an independent gîte. It’s a shame this mixed gîte/guest‑house arrangement isn’t disclosed in the listing.

A very beautiful cottage on a stunning estate with a large, gorgeous pool. The rooms are lovely, very tidy, and impeccably clean. Marcel and Corinne gave a very warm welcome! The location is ideal, right at the foot of the Luberon and just steps from the beautiful town of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. The only small drawbacks were the slightly noisy air‑conditioners and the time needed to get hot water, especially in the kitchen. Also, a small suggestion: installing mosquito nets on doors and windows would be a real plus. We literally got eaten by mosquitoes during our stay.

Charming, spacious, well equipped, and perfectly clean. The owners gave a warm welcome. The outdoor facilities—pool, ping‑pong, pétanque—are very nice. The location is ideal for exploring the region.
