The night‑shift front desk clerk who arranged airport transport was very helpful. The room smelled bad; I walked on the carpet barefoot and found my feet black, so the carpet clearly needed a better cleaning and the room a deodorizing.

The hotel had everything we needed for an overnight stay between flights. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in for ages, and everything was clean and spacious. The location was really convenient, close to public transport and not far from the airport, and the free shuttle to and from the airport was excellent. Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken, so we couldn't have a hot drink when we woke at 6am. We rang the front desk and they said we had to wait until a service member arrived at 8am to arrange a new one; it would have been nice to have a room‑service delivery or even a simple electric jug.

The staff were friendly, the airport shuttle was convenient, and the breakfast was complimentary. However, the area was not as walkable as I would have liked.
