The manager was fantastic 👌, 100% would love to return; we gave him extra money without realizing, and he gave it back—he wouldn't even accept a tip, which was really kind. The area is fine, but he made the whole trip brilliant, 10/10. The only downside was the airport taxi driver, a big disappointment, but the hotel staff saved the day by dropping us at the airport at half price +++.

Great value for money, the pyramids are a short walk away, rooms are comfy, staff friendly—really enjoyed it, highly recommended.

The location is fantastic; from arrival at the airport to departure the staff was very kind and super helpful, the homemade food is very good, the property is clean and well maintained, they organized a plan on our request and we visited Giza and Cairo. It was an extraordinary experience, especially because we stepped away from our daily routine.

Very nice, the location is very convenient for reaching the pyramids and the new museum. The staff is very kind and helpful; at our request they created a tailor‑made package to visit everything between Cairo and Giza at a very convenient price. The homemade food is excellent and it was a very nice experience; we will definitely come back.

The staff’s friendliness and politeness pleasantly surprised me, making the stay very enjoyable. The cleanliness is top. The location is fantastic—just a two‑minute walk to the pyramids and the new museum. At my request the staff arranged the entire typical excursion package. The Egyptian food is great, and any additional requests are fulfilled. Everything was fantastic, thanks Casa Cleopatra.
