The facilities were good and the price was reasonable; however, some guests woke up at 5 am and talked loudly.

The room was clean, but I couldn’t sleep all night because it seemed someone was on the roof and there were several warnings. There was no clear sign to get there, and they didn’t answer the phone; I had to rely on locals to contact them. They sent me to a laundry called Nogal, from which they would bring me, and I had to leave a $150 deposit for control. On one side there was a terrace that you can’t climb over; you have to go around to enter from the back, which I never saw, and they never showed the services they offer, which was terrible.

It’s close to the center, but the street is unpaved, room security is insufficient, the space is cramped, the roof is cardboard and not well sealed so a lot of cold and noise get in. The mattresses are old and in bad condition, blankets smell bad, you can hear other rooms’ conversations, and there’s nowhere to hang clothes.

This place isn’t a hotel; it’s a horror, I was scammed, robbed, and Booking and the devil’s door are in conspiracy to defraud people who use this service. I have already filed complaints with customer service, sent evidence, and to PROFECO because they didn’t refund me or cover damages. My corporate legal team will handle you and your fraud. It wasn’t a hotel; it was an old barn and stables turned rooms with beds, no reception, the street has no pavement, no entrance, it’s a metal door closed with a chain and lock, nobody greets you, you call and 30 minutes later they arrive. It’s a high‑risk area, more than 15 streets from the center, and it differs 1000 % from the photos Booking publishes and captures customers.

The location is great, very close to the center, Agua Caliente is excellent, the price is good, and the room was quiet.
