The indoor pool was great, the rooms stayed spotless, and the staff were the nicest people I've encountered in a hotel—warm and welcoming right from the entrance. I just wish I could have stayed longer.

Staff and pool were good, but I wanted to stay longer.

The staff were amazing, but the stay wasn’t long enough.

Everything was spotless and moving around was a breeze.

The front desk was helpful, the location convenient, and parking plenty. Breakfast in the morning was good. As part of a youth travel hockey team, we stayed at a GHM hotel management property that is big and consistently reliable. It wasn't a deal breaker even with kids and their expectations, though the indoor pool felt a bit warmer.
