The room was clean, felt spacious and was well laid out. When there were issues the staff were helpful. They didn't provide drinking water. The shower system involved having to heat the shower water 20-30min before you wanted a shower but no information was provided about this in the room. The hot water then only lasted for about 10min total. one of the shower valves leaked constantly if it wasn't turned off. Also with how the bathroom was laid out each time you took a shower the bathroom flooded and stayed flooded it till it was cleaned. The card payment system crashed while we were trying to check out and we ended up having to find a atm to pay them in cash
