Nothing positive except the staff’s kindness and the location. The first‑floor room was awful, with almost no natural light, barely clean, and shabby furnishings. We asked for a room on a higher floor but were told it was impossible; note that there were very few people. One rainy night, water poured in through the high windows (like skylights). The beds were uncomfortable and the bathrooms were barely functional.

The room matched the description, the accommodation is well‑located and offers good value for money. A big thank you to the receptionist, who was lovely both at check‑in and the next morning at breakfast. The warm and friendly welcome makes the stay even more enjoyable! I recommend 😊

The room was simple and just enough for a one‑night stay, nothing more. The optional breakfast was clear‑cut and inexpensive, so the value matched the price. The room was very noisy because the property sits on a main road that remains busy late into the night, especially with motorcyclists who seem to have to showcase their engine roar.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything else felt like the hotel needed a complete rebuild: old furniture, outdated equipment, an old bathroom with a moldy curtain, spider webs everywhere, a damaged door, and a sense that the price was higher than the quality.
