The hotel’s location is excellent and the staff are kind and helpful, but the breakfast is basic and not varied.

The hotel is close to everything, surrounded by many restaurants, and the room is large enough for a family with two small kids; the staff are friendly, the room is clean and quiet, and the breakfast is very good.

The old quarter spot is perfect, just a short walk to the train station and city sights. It’s a super comfortable French‑style boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming, and they gave me great tips on the best places to eat and sights to see. The only minor issue is that the nightlife can be a bit loud if you’re trying to get an early night, but it wasn’t unbearable.

What stood out most was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived, offering an early check‑in that was greatly appreciated. The team was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain the local area, recommending sights and the best places to eat. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the location – all the main sites were walking distance. Everything was great.
