“Not good emplacement if you want to visit Wuhan”
The property and staff are good, but it's too far from Wuhan's center, not ideal for sightseeing, and there was little around in the evenings; otherwise the place is nice. The location means you just go to bed.
The space was huge, which made the stay feel very roomy.
“设施老旧，整体服务一般。”
We had booked the room a month in advance, but when we arrived to check‑in the front desk looked completely confused, as if they hadn’t recorded our reservation and the hotel was supposedly full that day. Somehow they managed to pull a spare room for us, but it reeked of mold and the smell was obvious as soon as we entered. The receptionist on duty that night wasn’t very courteous either. I called later to ask for a change, was told the hotel was fully booked that day and could only move me the next morning. The new room we got the following day was clearly better, with no odor, and I felt the male front‑desk staff handled the situation more professionally than the female staff.
The hotel looked modern, the bed was comfy and the breakfast spread was healthy, but the staff came off as quite rude—maybe they were swamped with guests—and I had to bring my own swimming cap for the pool.
