Location. Took towels and never brought clean ones back. AND, THEY HAVE CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD 3 FRIGGING TIMES. AND KEEP HANGING UP ON US WHEN CALLING THEM. THIS WAS PAID , AND KEEP ADDING CHARGES. GET IT RIGHT

It’s close to the interstate, but there were a lot of people coming in and out.

The cleaning was subtle, there were house‑keeping issues, a wet floor in the bath, a musty smell likely from the A/C set too high or the temperature not turned on during humid conditions, a walk‑through prep could have turned on the A/C before arrival, furniture was very worn with missing finishes on several pieces, a light didn’t work beside it, and overall it was mostly small details and upkeep issues.
