The staff were very friendly and polite. They assisted with transfers, told us where to see things, and gave us a map. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. Breakfasts were tasty and varied. The view from the veranda was a fire pit. Everything was very cool, I recommend it to everyone. Everything was fine.

The room was spacious, comfortable and had amazing views of the Bosphorus. The breakfast was very complete and varied. And last but not least, the hotel staff, Halim and Ali, made our stay more pleasant by helping with their arrangements.

We thank all the staff of this hotel 🙌 amazing hospitality and help in solving all current issues – venues, excursions. The room cleaning was daily with delivery of all amenities. The best location – near attractions, many cafés and the promenade.

Best breakfast ever – a superb wide array of food for all tastes, which changed daily. I've traveled to 42 countries and thought it was outstanding… I've never found better. The staff, from the cleaner right up to the Manager, were lovely, friendly and very welcoming. I was a lone female traveller and felt well looked after. I decided to splash out and use their cab service. It was punctual and completely took the stress out of travel. The location couldn't be more central and gave magnificent views over the old town and Bosphorus, which is only 2 minutes walk away. I can't think of anything.
