The venue is close to the shops, and the workers were very friendly and ready to help. The electricity was terrible; I think the wiring needs an overhaul. One fridge was problematic because our juice went missing, so each room should have a bar fridge. Also, next time please assign us a neighboring room; it was hard to leave the room to see friends sleeping outside.

I arrived at two and the place was dirty and not ready; we had to wait in the lobby until 4:30 before getting into rooms that were smelly, with moldy showers leaking from the roof. The next room had people smoking mandrax, fighting, and a 30‑minute altercation with loud music, even though we were told parties and drinking were forbidden. Other guests were bringing drinks and smoking dagga. Nothing matched the pictures—everything was bad, and I would never stay there again. The kitchen was dirty, the toilets were filthy, and the TVs had no sound.
