Nice hotel with great onsen and breakfast, and the staff were very friendly.

The room was spacious, the public baths were clean and pleasant. The hotel has a sustainability policy where amenities aren’t in the room but can be collected in the lobby. The breakfast was more traditionally Japanese, with limited continental options. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby and within walking distance of the metro and train station (less than 10 minutes on foot).

The large public bath was refreshing, and the transport access was good. The front desk staff were unhelpful, and the manners of foreign tourists were poor.
