The service was terrible and the staff was extremely rude; I would not recommend this place at all. From the moment the reservation was confirmed, the staff’s communication has been unacceptable—responding to my messages in a very rude, hostile manner with a complete lack of respect and professionalism. It’s alarming that a property would treat guests like this before they even arrive. Avoid this place if you’re looking for a peaceful stay and decent treatment.

I was disappointed with my room; I feel it was a scam even though I paid for it. I saw it was still listed on other websites. Not booking was not a failure.

The view over Lake Titicaca was unique, and the atmosphere was incredible, perfect for clearing your head and relaxing. The island is a bit remote from the other islands, which is very pleasant and quiet. The family was very accommodating and welcomed us well. They were very flexible. The food was freshly prepared and brought to the table. The fishing tour was very entertaining and interesting.
