The staff were very friendly; even though I arrived before check‑in without warning, they kindly stored my suitcase. However, some remote spots in the room were dusty, and while the room is cleaned, the cleaning cloths seem damp and don’t reach everywhere.

The facilities themselves were fine, but I was uncomfortable with the staff’s attitude; when I asked a single employee about how to book an APA Hotel via smartphone, he responded in a very irritable way, showing no gratitude; after dinner, when I tried to read the newspaper, I was told it was paid and spoken to condescendingly; I always try to act with gratitude, and I think staff should do the same, avoiding excuses and treating guests kindly; even if the newspaper costs money, it’s irrelevant—how many guests actually read it in January and does it generate profit? If it merely annoys guests, I won’t return to APA Hotel; a sincere, grateful approach would prevent any discomfort, even for paid items. I believed APA staff were more professional than other hotels, but this proved wrong; please train your team on courteous service and reply to this email if possible.

The bed was comfortable for sleeping, but the room felt cramped – nothing can be done about that. The fixtures felt old‑fashioned and the unit bath looked very dated.
