The staff were very friendly and everything was impeccably clean, and the location was good. My room faced a busy road, so if you’re a light sleeper or leave the window open, ear plugs help.

We had a fantastic stay at Beckett's Townhouse in Portsmouth. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the large smart TV was a bonus. The bathroom was modern with a good shower/wetroom. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and genuinely friendly from the moment we arrived, making us feel well looked after. A complimentary welcome drink set a relaxing tone. The property was spotless and tastefully decorated, creating a stylish yet comfortable atmosphere. The location was a five‑minute walk from both the seafront and the old town. We would stay again and highly recommend Beckett's Townhouse to anyone visiting Portsmouth. The only thing we’d have liked was a Nespresso machine in the room.

I had a skylight in my room that I wasn’t told about, and it was such a lovely surprise! The staff were amazing and nothing was a hassle.
