The location was good. Bookers should be cautious. Avoid this place if possible. I was traveling with my elderly mother, and when I realized it was a shared house with steep stairs, I asked to cancel about 5 weeks before check‑in. The owners wouldn’t give a full refund, claiming it was their policy to refuse refunds, which is plainly false. Despite their lack of accountability, we stayed because we couldn’t afford another place. We also had to pay a steep cleaning fee even though the facilities were dirty. There was rubbish on the toilet floor, used towels and bottles scattered across the kitchen, and leftover rice in the rice cooker. Finally, we accidentally left a portable charger in our room after check‑out, but when we contacted the owners to get it back, they said they couldn’t retrieve any missing items.
