The hotel demanded a deposit and then insisted that guests cancel their reservations, which feels like a high chance of a scam to collect cancellation fees.

The place is well situated, with two large windows that let in morning light and a pleasant balcony, and the bedsheets were spotless; for the low price it was decent and I couldn't ask for more. However, the floors and bed were clean but the rest was barely maintained, with spider webs, case-bearing moths, wall stains, and stained curtains. We first stayed on the 3rd floor where the roof had a lot of mold and the bathroom window was broken, so we requested a move for the second night and were transferred to a second‑floor room without issue. The beds were very hard, and nobody was at reception except for the check‑out clerk who handled the payment.

The room was clean, centrally located, and easy to get around from.

The décor was very pretty and fragrant, and the owner was sweet and enthusiastic. There was nothing to complain about.

The location was convenient, the staff friendly, and the bedding, pillows, and mattress were comfortable. Hot water was available in the shower, windows and a balcony were present, and the price was reasonable. The street was a dead end but very noisy because of a nearby hotel that hosts Chinese groups who start making noise around 5 am. There is no elevator. The bathroom window does not close, so it gets cold when you shower. The room has a kettle but no cups or glasses, and a table is missing.
