Nothing, rude, unhelpful, was beyond useless. Turned up, the guy that runs it said he had closed his account and was no longer willing to host me after I paid. I spent hours in the hot sun back and forth in Google Translate as I don’t speak Bulgarian, eventually trying to get to fix it on the phone but their Bulgarian translator has already left, ended up on the streets for the night.

I arrived and the guy who runs the place told me he’d closed his account and wasn’t going to host me after I’d already paid. I spent a miserable few hours in the blazing sun trying to sort things out with Google Translate, only to discover the Bulgarian translator had already left. In the end I was left out on the street for the night.

I had to scramble for a new hotel after 6 pm because the phone at Magnolia answered with a gentleman who said the place had shut down a few months ago, had already informed everyone, and his bank account was closed. The whole ordeal caused me a lot of inconvenience, and I’m hoping to get my 55 lv refund back. –Ivanka Yordanova

When we called the Magnolia number, a man answered and explained that he’d stopped operating months ago and his bank account was closed. We were forced to hunt for another hotel after 6 pm, which was a major inconvenience. I’m requesting a refund of the 55 lev we paid.
