The location of this hotel was fantastic, with easy parking right outside.
We also appreciated the fact that they'd managed to set up kitchen facilities despite some kind of renovation going on.
We were blown away by the property and the lovely hosts who made our stay in Jordan so easy and enjoyable.
The reception staff were super friendly and organized, which was a great start to our stay.

The only thing I liked was the location and the fact that there’s a police station next to the hotel; the rooms were terribly dirty, had no water, and offered no hotel services at all, the bathroom was unclean and bad, the door was uncomfortable, and there was no insulation in the rooms—so if you’re going out with friends it’s fine, but if you’re going out with your spouse, forget it.

I really loved the hotel’s location. The staff were very helpful and professional, and I would especially like to mention Mr. Issam Alyan and Ms. Nora from the housekeeping team. The hotel just needs a little renovation
