“Super !”
Clean, very well equipped and spacious. The staff are available and welcoming. I also received a free tram pass! Great for going straight from the station to the hotel.
Nothing good. It’s garbage; a jail cell is bigger than a room.

Fortunately, the mattresses were comfortable. Still, the stay was not particularly pleasant. I do want to note the kindness and quick response of the front‑desk staff. It didn’t seem clear, based on the photos on Booking, that the toilet and kitchen were separate from the room. The site shows images of all rooms, some of which look noticeably better furnished than others. I unfortunately ended up in a rather Spartan room with old furniture and décor (a metal school‑house wardrobe).
The location is good. The building is not great.

The location and facilities are good. The staff listen (fans, extra towels). Nothing else. However, it was difficult to get a response from the hotel via the booking platform (email) when I requested an invoice amendment, which I need to prove my stay to my employer.
