It’s right next to the highway. The ongoing renovations could be managed more smoothly so guests don’t feel like they’re staying on a construction site.

They refused to check me in even though I had confirmed my booking, and they didn’t honor it. The duty manager was very rude, lacking any hospitality at all. I repeatedly asked for the room I had booked, but he ignored me and said we were full. I sent complaints to the booking site and the hotel portal, but to date I have not received any apology email for the inconvenience that night. I couldn’t find any room and had to spend the night in my car. The hotel’s response was that the payment hadn’t been made, but I was booked to pay on arrival and the duty manager never acknowledged the booking or asked for payment, simply refusing to accept it. Please show some respect before making such lame excuses; you’re a bunch of liars who have no idea about hospitality. Shame on you.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff were friendly, but the gym felt cramped and many pieces of equipment were missing.

Everything was perfect – the service was excellent, the room was spotless, and every detail was carefully arranged; this is definitely my first choice in Pune.
